The Party!

Well, because we had softball games every Saturday, we had to wait until last weekend to have the party. Here are pics from that fun day.  One thing we realized....we like to bowl!

The New Ride!

A Busy Little Seven Year Old

Since her birthday, Kathryn has been busy.

On Wednesday, the night before her bday, we went to Red Robin and had them sing to her.  She has wanted that since we moved here.  (love that she is so easily amused.)  Then she went home and found her new BMX purple and black Mongoose bike.  It was love at first sight.

On Thursday, her bday, after delivering cupcakes and sharing them with her classmates; she joined the Gymnastics team (officially).  She begins her competitions in January 2011.  Until then she goes to the gym six hours a week for conditioning.  She loves it! And it gives me time to study for my class or workout at the gym.

On Friday, we went on a fieldtrip to the Stockton Children's Museum. Fun! I love that I was able to chaperone. It was fun to be responsible for only two kids instead of 40 on a fieldtrip. (She loves those shorts Aunt Elaine! Thanks.)

On Saturday, she played her last softball game for the season.  Her proudest moment was getting the runner out on third and throwing the ball all the way to first base for a double play.  So awesome to be on the field and watch her face light up. 

And today, it's 90 degrees and we are relaxing...until Monday rolls around.
