River City Classic, Elk Grove, CA
Today is Geoff's Bday....
and Kathryn's first gymnastics meet of the new season, at the new gym.
She did pretty well. Came in 8th overall in her age bracket.
She was a little bummed that she missed qualifying for State by 1.25 points. Next weekend she is competing in Navoto, CA and is really hoping she can qualify there. Keep your fingers crossed.
She did not place in vault today, but was awarded place medals in floor, beam and bars. Leaving the gym with a total of four medals (one was for her "overall".
Her bedroom is almost complete, and we hope to put all of her awards up on the wall.
